The Branson - Tri-Lakes area real estate is considered by many home owners and investors to be a great place to live and invest their hard earned money. The area received the name, Tri-Lakes, after the damming of the White River in 1958 which formed Table Rock Lake, Lake Taneycomo, and Bull Shoals Lake.

The Branson area got its first regional airport in May of 2009. Branson Missouri already has 8 million visitors driving to the entertainment city per year. We are excited to see what happens to the small city now that the highway in the sky has an off-ramp into Branson Missouri. Real Estate is sure to increase in value over the next 10 plus years in Branson just with that one major addition to the town, but thats not all Branson is getting!
